1. The Promoter of this promotion is Reckitt (Australia) Pty Limited (Reckitt) of  L47, 680 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia (“Promoter”). 

2. The promotion commences 31/10/2024 at 00.01am and closes 07/11/2024 at 11.59pm (“Promotional Period”). 

3. Stand a chance to win 1 of 135 Family Pass Tickets to The Wiggles Show when you enter via the @Dettol_au TikTok account.

4. Family Pass Ticket for 3 attendees to The Wiggles Show during 2024. Worth AUD$165 each. Total prize value: AUD$22,275. Show locations and dates available:  

  • Saturday 16th November, 1pm - Adelaide Entertainment Centre. 30 Family Passes available.  
  • Saturday 23rd November, 10am - Brisbane Entertainment Centre. 30 Family Passes available.

5.Entry is open to residents of Australian Capital Territory, South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland, Northern Territory, Tasmania, Western Australia and Victoria aged 18 years of age and over. 

Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its related entities and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 

6. To enter the competition entrants must:

  3. Tag two friends

7. Only one entry per username allowed.  

8. The first one hundred and thirty-five (135) valid entries will each receive the Prize. 

9. Winners will be contacted via TikTok. If we cannot send a direct message due to your DM settings, we will reply to your comment on the post, requesting you to message our page.

10. The winner must claim their prize within 48 Hours of notification by the Promoter

11. The winner will be deemed to forfeit their prize if it is not claimed by this time.

12. The winner must, on request from the Promoter confirm they are able to accept the prize;

13. Sign for receipt for their prize and complete any other documentation reasonably requested by the Promoter;

14. Provide proof of identity and verification that they are an eligible entrant criterion to the Promoter, in a manner that is acceptable to the Promoter (in its discretion); and

15. Provide such further information and assistance as required for the purposes of issuing the prize.

Additional Terms and Conditions  

17. Wiggles and/or characters performing at your chosen performance may be substituted for other Wiggles or characters at their sole discretion. 

18. By entering into this competition, you are accepting any applicable Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Statement.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, postpone, or cancel a competition and to update the terms and conditions without notice.

20. All entries become the property of The Promoter.

21. The Promoter may be required by law to disclose any of the information that you provide. The Promoter will only make the disclosure if it believes, in good faith, that it is required to do so.

22. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on every person who enters, and no correspondence will be entered into.

23. Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. 

24. Prize does not include transfers, accommodation or travel costs to and from the show. It is at the winner’s own expense to get to and from the show. Tickets are available on a first come first serve base and not all venues may be available to each winner. The Prize winner agrees that any travel disruptions, travel restrictions and associated costs are their own responsibility. 

25. If a winner cannot accept a Prize for any reason (e.g. unable to travel to the venue) that winner’s Prize will be forfeited and no compensation payable. The Prize may be awarded to another winner. 

26. Any product images or photos used in promotional material for this competition either in store or online are indicative only.

27. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant or an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry or the spirit of the promotion.

28. The Promoter and any other agencies associated with this promotion will not be responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems.

29. The Promoter and any other agencies associated with this promotion will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which may be sustained, directly or indirectly, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained by any entrant or prize winner in connection with any product purchased for this competition or any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

30. The Promoter will destroy all entries once all prizes have been claimed, with the exception of information provided by entrants who request receipt of further promotional material from The Promoter.

31. 2.1 By entering the competition, entrants acknowledge and agree that the Promoter will collect, use (including handling and storage) and disclose any personal and sensitive information in the manner described in its Privacy Policy available at https://www.reckitt.com/privacy-policy/ as updated from time to time), including exchanging their personal and sensitive information with third parties located in Australia and overseas.

Reckitt Benckiser (Australia) Pty Limited is entitled as part of this activity to transfer data (i.e. name, email) to Reckitt Benckiser Group in other countries to send me appropriate marketing communication, content or offers related to the brands of Reckitt Benckiser Group. 

34. b) sharing of data by Reckitt Benckiser Australia Pty Ltd with Reckitt Benckiser Group and trusted partners (including Facebook) for the analysis of online behaviours to personalise user experience and reach new audiences. transferring of personal data (name, email address) to Reckitt Benckiser Group in other countries. I consent to transferring of personal data (name, email address) to Reckitt Benckiser Group in other countries. 35. The above includes matching of user´s identifiers with similar identifier of our trusted partners (Google ID) provided that user simultaneously consented to advertising cookies as described in Cookie Policy

36. 2.3 Entrants also acknowledge and agree that Reckitt Benckiser Australia Pty Ltd will collect, use (including handling and storage) and disclose any personal and sensitive information in the manner described in its Privacy Policy available at https://www.dettol.com.au/privacy-policy/ (as updated from time to time).

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:  

37. Entrants confirm that their entry is original to them and is not, and its use by the Promoter will not, infringe on any third party rights, including any intellectual property rights.  Entrants consent to the Promoter (and any third party acting on its behalf) without compensation to them recording, using, reproducing, publishing and broadcasting any intellectual property owned by them and provided to the Promoter in connection with this competition to the public in any media, including in any form of print or electronic media, for purposes including but not limited to, marketing and advertising purposes, publicity, business purposes, social media and illustration, and grant the Promoter an irrevocable and transferrable license in any relevant intellectual property owned by them for this purpose.  This provisions applies, without limitation, to the entrant’s name, image, voice recording, biographical material, ideas, suggestions, remarks and/or any written notes or documents (including in any photograph, voice, sound or film recording or in any print or electronic representation), including any material submitted or developed as part of the entry process or awarding of any prize.  Entrants agree to waive any intellectual property rights (including moral rights) owned by them to the extent required for this purpose.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  

38. Entrants participate in this competition at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release the Promoter (and any third party acting on its behalf) from any liability, including but not limited to, any injury, loss or damage suffered or incurred, as a result of participating in this competition, the Promoter exercising its rights under these terms and conditions or in connection with accepting or using any prize.  No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter, for late, lost, misdirect or misplaced entries or for prizes once they have left the Promoter’s possession. All entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Promoter and not at the time of submission by the entrant. 

 

USE OF PRIZE:  

39. Any arrangements, ancillary costs and expenses incurred, in taking and/or using the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The prize is subject to any additional terms and conditions specified by the supplier. All entrants acknowledge that tax and other financial implications may arise from the prize and agree to seek advice prior to acceptance of their prize (if necessary). To the maximum extent by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies make no warranties or representations and accept no responsibility for the quality or fitness for purpose or suitability of any prize or the failure of any prize to be of merchantable quality. If liability under terms implied by legislation cannot be excluded, the liability of the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies is limited to re-supplying the relevant goods or services or paying the cost of replacing them. 40. Advertising or other communication in connection with this competition may be conducted via social media channels.  This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administrated by any social media platform and each entrant releases the social media platforms from any liability.
